Upon Admission to Springhill Medical Center you will receive an admissions folder from our patient registration department.  Enclosed in the packet is information about the services at Springhill Medical Center, information on your rights and responsibilities as a patient as well as your safety.  Please take time to read this valuable information.  If you have any questions please feel free to contact the Business Office Director at 1030.  

Leaving the Hospital

Discharge time is usually around 11:00 am.  However, your physician may discharge you as they see fit.  Please make arrangements for someone to pick you up at the time of your discharge.

Before you leave you should check your room for all your belongings.  In addition you should arrange for transportation, get your follow-up instructions, and make sure you take your prescription.
